Please use this form to request the return or exchange of eligible* Vision Care products online. 

*To be eligible products must be returned within 60 days of purchase and not form part of a promotional campaign. The following products are excluded:

  • All lens care products.
  • Soflens 59.
  • 3 packs and single packs of soft contact lenses.
  • Private label products.

No credit will be issued prior to the verification of details provided.

We reserve the right to review reported quantities and product details on a case-by-case basis.
